1) Collaboration
Estimated Time: 1 day up to 1 week
We will talk about your project goals and ask you about: your location, sign options, design requirements, budget, etc.
This is the perfect time to ask us any questions you may have before we move forward to the next step.
2) Location Survey
Estimated Time: 1 day
We will schedule an on-site survey at a time that works for you.
Our technicians will visit your business location, take photos and measurements.
3) Design and Approval
Estimated Time: 1 day up to 1 week
Once we have gathered information and requirements we will design mock-ups for you to review and approve.
Design may not be needed if you already have a preferred letter style, size, and colors selected. But you still need to approve before we move to the next step.
4) City/County Permit
Estimated Time: 1 to 5 weeks
Once the design is approved and finalized, we require a down payment of 50% of the total project estimate.
When payment is received, we submit your signage permit applications to your city/county planning departments.
How long it takes for approval depends on a number of factors, such as: the type of sign, strictness of your cityโs regulations, etc.
A typical exterior LED channel letter sign can take 1 to 5 weeks for approval.
5) Sign Fabrication
Estimated Time: 1 to 2 weeks
Our experienced technitians will begin fabricating your sign as soon as the permit is issued.
The timeframe for your sign to be completed and be ready to install depends on the complexity of your sign, such as: font, size, color, materials used, etc.
6) Sign Installation
Estimated Time: 1 to 2 days
Once the design is completed and tested, we will contact you in order to schedule the installation of your sign.
Depending on the weather and other safety regulations (such as pedestrian traffic) we will install the sign on the set date.
A typical sign installation takes 4 hours. Depending on the complexity of your sign and location it can take 1 to 8 hours.
